On the morning of December 15, 2017, at 9:00 am, the Hau Giang Pearl Project officially commenced the construction of the pile of heavy piles. Groundbreaking ceremony was held by Hau Giang Investment Joint Stock Company and Tien Phong Pile Contractor.
The Hau Giang Pearl project is over 90m high and the total floor area is about 85,000m2. With about 750 commercial apartments and dozens of shop houses, supermarkets, kindergartens, convenience stores and Representative Offices of the People’s Committee of Hau Giang Province will hopefully contribute to the land fund in District 2 and Ho Chi Minh City.
With the most favorable location in Thanh My Loi ward including 2 fronts of Vo Chi Cong and Dong Van Cong streets, the investor expects the project to be a hot spot when the market opens in the second quarter of 2018. .
The project team of GK Archi is also looking forward to the best fulfillment of design tasks entrusted to the Owner.
The groundbreaking ceremony on December 15th is considered as the official day of the project being put into operation and running on schedule to put it to use at the desired time of the investor.
