In 2013, GK Archi won first prize in the design competition Damasiti apartment in Yangon Myanmar. The Damasiti project is a low-rise condominium that combines hotel apartments.
This project is well suited to the development trend of resort real estate in Yangon. GK Archi won the first prize in the project design with Yadanar Myaing company.
This project is designed by GK Archi in the form of modern architecture combined with high-tech details. Based on the design of the apartment combined with the garden in the landscape “The Atrium”. This will be a work that solves all the tasks set out from the investor including: ensuring floor space, impressive design and creating the best microclimate conditions for residents of the project.
