In July 2012, GK Archi participated in the design of the Ocean condominium project – Licogi 19 project at Le Van Luong Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi, Vietnam.
The Ocean -Licogi 19 project is a collaboration between two investors including Ocean Group and Licogi 19 Company for high-rise apartment building in front of Le Van Luong Street, Thanh Xuan District.
GK Archi participated in the design of this project and won the 3rd prize. Then, GK Archi and the investor discussed signing the contract for the next steps of this project. This project consists of 2 blocks of high rise apartment building, utility area, business premises, supermarket for lease, swimming pool and Penthouse apartments.
Mr. Ha Van Tham – Chairman of Ocean Group is enthusiastic and determined to build this project, he expects this project to be started soon. Ocean Group has ensured the available investment capital for this project. Licogi 19 is also devoted to this project and is ready for the implementation phase. GK Archi also quickly prepared a detailed price list and proposed cooperation with the owner.
Based on the attractiveness of the real estate market in Hanoi in 2012 and the professionalism of Ocean Group, this project will be deployed soonest in the near future.
