In 2015, the District 5 People’s Committee held a design contest for the architecture of the Politics and Administration Center of District 5. GK Archi consulted the design and planning of the District People’s Committee of District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to become a place of work for leaders and employees at District People’s Committee with corresponding facilities, facilities, modernity and convenience.

This project will be the administrative and political face of District 5, made up of the idea of a typical architecture, an important emphasis on the architectural space and landscape of District 5.

This project is invested to build the best architectural works, serve the people in the most convenient way, there are places to organize regular political activities as well as festivals suitable with the landscape. And space area.

This project has a modern, sustainable architecture.

At the end of the competition, GK Archi was honored to win the 3rd prize (not the first prize) with the prize value of 100 million dong and the organizers’ commemorative medal. Besides, GK Archi is also involved in the design contract with the winner of the 2nd prize.

The Architectural Design Project of the District People’s Committee of District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is one of the projects that GK Archi affirms its position in the orientation towards community and society in the development trend.

The District People’s Committee of District 5, Ho Chi Minh City is located at An Duong Vuong Street and Ngo Quyen Street, District 5, Ho Chi Minh City, with a total construction area of 18,080m2.

Currently, this project will be isolated, they are very convenient in transportation and are connected with Northern Van Lang Park. At the same time, the project is planned to be built centrally for the departments of the agencies such as: the Party Committee, the state management block, mass front union, political fostering center.
